Submitting eCards — step by step

  1. Buy eCards — acedmed.com
  2. Submit student cards — ecards.heart.org (use the "Copy for AHA eCards" button on each approved student below — pastes Date, First Name, Last Name, Email)
  3. Submit roster to Enrollware — fill out scores + eCard codes (use the "Copy for Enrollware" button)
  4. Finalize the roster on Enrollware
Settings — course types, AHA course-name map & paste-chain field order

These drive the create-class dropdown and the two paste-chains. Correct AHA course names and reorder fields here if a target form differs — no code change needed.

Each class course type → the exact string AHA's "Course" dropdown expects.

Drag-free: comma-separated keys, left→right = paste-and-tab order. Allowed: precourse, test, ccf.

Allowed: trainingCenter, trainingSite, course, instructor, firstName, lastName, email.

Roster + self-signup for AHA courses at Ace Medical. The "Fill it out" buttons copy a tab-separated string to your clipboard — paste into the first field of Enrollware / AHA eCards and tab across. They cannot fill another site's form directly (browser same-origin policy); if a chain lands in the wrong boxes, fix the field order in Settings rather than expecting auto-fill.
